Pet Investment
Initial Pet Investment - $50
Due at or before Consultation
50% Credited to the Fur'st service invoice when services are booked within 30 days of consultation
Remaining 50% is paid to the Pet Sitter and Manager for travel reimbursement and time.

Please Note:
Services during holidays are always in high demand. It is strongly recommending that you request services for these days at least a month in advance.
After Hours Fee
Surcharge - $25 per visit
We offer pet sitting care beginning at 7 AM with our last visit ending at 9 PM, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Should you request we arrive to your pet before or after regular business hours, there will be an After-Hours Surcharge for each visit.
Incidental Fees
Additional Time
Extending the Sitter’s time will incur additional charges of $15 in 15-minute increments.
Cancelation Fee
Non-Holiday Visits - Require cancelation 72 hrs prior to the Fur'st visit
Loss of Deposit
Holiday Visits and School Breaks - Require cancelation 1 week prior to Fur'st visit
Loss of Deposit
Recurring Dog Walks and Potty Breaks - 24 hr prior to visit
100% or 50% of visit determined by management
Cancellation fee voided in the event of - Severe weather, illness, death of a member of the extended family, or family medical emergency.
Late Payments
The balance of payment for the reservation is due within 48 hours after service completion.
A 20% late fee of the total invoice will be automatically applied if the balance is not paid in full by the 48-hour deadline
